5 Grand Prizes, 50 First Place Prizes

Each Grand prize includes one (1) Live Nation® Ultimate Access Pass – 2026 Lawn Pass (the “Pass”). The Pass entitles the Pass holder plus one guest access to Live Nation produced concerts at the (1) participating venue ("Venue") as selected at the time of entry and as listed below; and one (1) mattress set (including mattress and box spring) ("Mattress"). Mattress must be selected and ordered no later than December 18, 2026. A Pass is only valid for general admission/lawn tickets for the 2026 summer concert season. Total value of tickets not to exceed $950.00. Mattress value not to exceed two thousand five hundred. dollars. ($2,500). Approximate Retail Value of each grand prize is: Three Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($3,450.00).

Each First Place Prize consists of one (1) $50 Live Nation® Concert Cash® Code (“Code”). Codes are redeemable only on the website located at www.livenation.com/concertcashtickets. Each Code is a one-time use only promo code good toward $50-off final ticket purchase for a select Live Nation produced and promoted concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States ticketed on Ticketmaster.com, based on availability under this program.

Open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the states of Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia or West Virginia who have a valid social security or tax ID number and who are at least eighteen (18) years old, at the time of entry.

Each entrant is eligible to submit up to one (1) Promotion entry per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry or number of entries submitted.
