One hundred twenty (120) First Prizes (thirty [30] awarded per Monthly Entry Period): Each First Prize consists one (1) of each of the following items: Jacket, short-sleeve jersey, long-sleeve jersey, hat and a replica Modelo-branded soccer ball (ARV $495 each First Prize);

Two hundred (200) Second Prizes (fifty [50] per Monthly Entry Period): Each Second Prize consists of the following items: two (2) Short-sleeve jerseys and a replica Modelo-branded soccer ball (ARV $270 each Second Prize).

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 21 years of age or older as of date of entry.
