Two (2) Grand Prizes: A 4-day/3-night prize trip to the Essence Festival of Culture in New Orleans, Louisiana from July 3 – July 6, 2026 (the “Trip”) comprised of (i) roundtrip coach airfare awarded in the form of two (2) Delta Air Lines vouchers; (ii) hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to two (2) people (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected by the Sponsor for three (3) consecutive nights; (iii) two (2) three-day passes to the Essence Festival of Culture at the Caesars Superdome; and (iv) a $1,000 Gift Card (as solely determined by the Sponsor) to be utilized for incidentals. ARV of Grand Prize: $3,615 each.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $7,230.
