Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a two-night (2) stay at Treehouse Point for two (2) guests at least 21 years old. Reservations must be booked for stays between October–December 2026 or January–April 2027. The prize is subject to availability, and blackout dates apply. Blackout dates include all holidays and dates specified by Treehouse Point. The value of the prize is up to $1,400, based on the rate of the selected treehouse.

The Grand Prize also includes two (2) Alaska Airlines giftcards to support travel between the Alaska Airlines major airport closest to the winner’s residence and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, up to a value of $500 per person; one (1) annual 500ml Boxed Water subscription valued at $599; and one (1) complimentary set of travel bags from Adventurist Backpack Co., including a Carry-On Duffel, Classic Backpack, and Noman Sling Bag valued at $235.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,234 (the “Prize”).
