Upload valid proof of your food delivery order from a food delivery service website or mobile application that you made between January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 that meets the requirements. Then, you will receive an email from the Sponsor (noreply@mail.grubhubfeereturn.com) to the email address provided at the time of registration. Follow the instructions in the email within the Sweepstakes Period to verify your email address.
Postcard Method of Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants may alternatively submit an Entry by sending a postcard postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period, and received by Sponsor no later than April 22, 2026, to Sponsor including all the following accurate information:
The Entrant’s first and last name
The Entrant’s email address
The Entrant’s date of birth
The Entrant’s street address, city and zip code
A statement in substantially the following form: “Please enter my name in the Grubhub Fee Return Sweepstakes for me.”
