One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:

One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Los Angeles, California (the “Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;

Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in or near the Destination (one standard double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in on May 3, 2026 and checking out May 11, 2026; and

Premium tickets for winner and one (1) guest to attend up to eight (8) comedy shows during the Netflix is a Joke Fest in Los Angeles, California scheduled from Monday, May 4, 2026 through Sunday, May 10, 2026 (the “Events). While Sponsor may advertise certain shows on the Website, all Events included in the prize are subject to availability and will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All Event dates and shows are subject to change and could be cancelled by the Event provider at any time.

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize*: $6,000.
