Two (2) Prizes in total will be available to be awarded as follows:

1. One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the States of Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma or Texas; and

2. One (1) winner will be selected from eligible entries received from the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada or Utah.

(The zip code provided on entry will be used to attribute entry to a given state.)

Each Prize winner will receive tickets for winner and one (1) verified guest to attend the 2027 Electric Daisy Carnival® (“EDC® Las Vegas”) Festival in Las Vegas, Nevada projected to be held on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, May 14-16, 2027 (the “Festival”). Actual dates of the 2027 Festival has not been finalized; based on the timing of previous years’ Festivals, Sponsor believes that the 2027 version of the Festival will take place on the indicated dates; actual date of the 2027 Festival will be confirmed on or around three (3) months prior the event. Each Prize consists of:

· Up to *two (2) 3-day VIP Admission Tickets to the 2027 Festival (for winner and one [1] verified guest);

· One (1) one-thousand-five-hundred-dollar ($1,500) check from the Sponsor/Administrator made payable to the winner that may be used any additional expenses not specified in these Official Rules such as but not limited to travel and hotel accommodations.

Approximate Retail Value of each Prize is up to $3,100.00 (depending on the number of tickets awarded).

Total Approximate Retal Value of all Prizes is $6,200.00.

Open only to legal residents of the States of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas or Utah who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
