FINALIST PRIZE, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"), AND FINALIST PRIZE CONDITIONS: Each Finalist (or each individual of a Finalist Group will receive the following:
Finalist Prizes (30): Each Finalist (or individual of a Finalist Group) will receive two (2) general admission one-day tickets (for use by the Finalist and one [1] guest) to attend the Finalist Event at the Anaheim Convention Center only on August 15, 2026 (each, a "Finalist Prize"). Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and are otherwise subject to the terms of admittance, located at UltimateFanEvent.D23.com/terms. No more than one hundred (100) total Finalist Prizes will be awarded in the Contest — up to twenty (20) in the Single Category and up to eighty (80) in the Group Category. The ARV of each Finalist Prize is One Hundred Ninety-Eight Dollars ($198). The total ARV of all Finalist Prizes will depend on the total number of individuals in each Group but will not exceed Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($19,800).
CONTEST PRIZES, ARVS, AND CONTEST PRIZE CONDITIONS:
First Prizes (2): Each "First Prize" is Two Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,300 USD) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner (or the Designated Group Leader for the Group). The ARV of each First Prize is $2,300.
Second Prize (1): The "Second Prize" is Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500 USD) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The ARV of the Second Prize is $500.
Audience Choice Prize (1): The "Audience Choice Prize" is Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500 USD) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The ARV of the Audience Choice Prize is $500.
Innovation and Technology Prize (1): The "Innovation and Technology Prize" is Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($500 USD) awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner. The ARV of the Innovation and Technology Prize is $500.

Rules
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and a D23 Member (General or Gold Membership) as of the date of entry.
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Category per person during the Entry Period.

Review and Additional Information
Follow the on-screen prompts to upload three (3) to five (5) sketches and/or photos of a Costume you designed, along with the Costume title/caption (300 characters or fewer), Costume description (350 characters or fewer), description of how you or how you intend to incorporate innovation and/or technology into your Costume (350 characters or fewer), Costume dimensions, and list of materials used to create the Costume (collectively an "Entry"). Uploaded Entry visual elements must be in one of the following formats: .JPEG, .JPG, or .PNG and each image must not exceed 15 MB. If you select an incorrect Category based on the number of members as part of your Costume, your Entry will not be considered.
