In addition to the cash prize, Grand Prize Winner will also be awarded a personalized 20 minute virtual design consultation with Ty Pennington, television host, designer and carpenter. Date and time of the Design Consultation are flexible based on mutual availability, but must be held by July 31, 2026.

Second Place Winner. USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $10,000.

Third Place Winner. USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $10,000.

Fourth Place Winner. USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. ARV of this prize is USD $5,000.

Open only to persons who are legal residents and physically reside within the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) or Canada (excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law), twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry; and the current owner of a single-family residence in the Eligibility Area.
