(3) Grand Prizes: Each “Grand Prize” consists of (i) a cash prize of $25,000.00 made payable to each Eligible Business designated as a grand prize winner via ACH; (ii) a commemorative glass or Lucite award, and (iii) the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner
to appear as a guest on FOX Business Network, and a FOX Nation special, in each case, if Sponsor determines that such appearance or special will move forward and on dates and at times selected by
Sponsor. Whether and how any winner is featured as a guest on the FOX Business Network or in a Fox Nation Special is subject to Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion and editorial control. Sponsor makes no representation, warranty, guarantee, or promise of any feature, duration, or placement. The ARV of each Grand Prize is $25,000.
(7) First Prizes: Each “First Prize” consists of (i) (1) window decal designating the Business as a winner in the Contest. The ARV of each First Prize is $30.
Total ARV of all prizes available in the Contest is $75,210.

Entry Period: Ends on the earlier of: (i) March 30, 2026 at 11:59 am
ET or (ii) when 10,000 Submissions have been received.
Only legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of
Columbia, who are (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Initial Judging Period: At the end of the Entry Period, all eligible Submissions received will be reviewed by a judging panel to select up to (10) “Finalists” (as defined below) beginning on or about March 31, 2026 and ending on or about April 13, 2026 (the “Initial Judging Period”).
• Public Voting Period: At the end of the Initial Judging Period, the Finalists’ Submissions will be published on the “Website” (as defined below) and users will have the opportunity to vote on Submissions beginning on or about April 13, 2026 at 12:01 pm ET and ending on April 20, 2026 at 11:59 am ET (the “Public Voting Period”).
• Final Judging Period: At the end of the Public Voting Period, the judging panel will evaluate the Finalists’ Submissions to select up to (3) grand prize winners and up to (7) first prize winners, beginning on April 21, 2026 and ending on or about May 4, 2026 (the “Final Judging Period”).
