(1,100) SECOND PRIZES: Each second prize is $5 awarded via Venmo. ARV of each Second Prize is $5.

(55) THIRD PRIZES, (11) per Entry Period, excluding Entry Period 1: Each third prize is a merchandise item, as determined by Sponsor. ARV of each Third Prize is at least $25.

ARV of all prizes, assuming all Entry Periods occur, is $78,909.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Utah, who are at least twenty-one years of age at the time of entry.

Limit of three entries per person, per Entry Period, during the Sweepstakes Period.

If a Qualifying Event occurs during an Entry Period, the Sweepstakes will continue to the next scheduled Entry Period. If a Qualifying Event does not occur during an Entry Period, the Sweepstakes will automatically terminate at the end of that Entry Period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if all eleven seeded teams are eliminated during the first round of the tournament, the Sweepstakes will automatically terminate at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on March 20, 2026.

If a Qualifying Event does not occur during a given Entry Period, no Grand Prize, First Prize, or Third Prize drawing will be conducted for that Entry Period, and those prizes will not be awarded.
