GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the opportunity for the winner and three (3) guests to attend On Field Pre-Game Warmups and a Batting Practice Viewing experience prior to the 6/2/2026 New York Yankees home game and four (4) tickets for winner and guests to the 6/2/2026 game. Exact nature and duration of the on-field experience shall be determined in the sole discretion of the New York Yankees and be subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $531.32.

FIRST PRIZES: Four (4) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of four (4) Party Suite tickets for winner and three (3) guests to the New York Yankees home game n June 5, 2026. (game date is subject to change, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.) ARV of each First Prize: $1,988.00.

SECOND PRIZES: Five (5) Second Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) $50 MLBShop.com gift card*. ARV of each First Prize: $50.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $8,733.32.
