Open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Flash Sweepstakes Period (as defined below) and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is or older).
