If a boat design is submitted the winning entry, the entrant would not be held to the original boat design submitted with the winning entry, however, the value of the Grand Prize boat awarded would be limited to the value of the boat design submitted with the winning entry, up to $170,000. If a boat design is not submitted with the winning entry, the value of the Grand Prize boat awarded would be limited to $40,000.

Designing a dream boat is not required for entry, and if such entry is selected as the winner, the value of the Grand Prize boat awarded would be limited to $40,000.
