One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner using the selection process described below and satisfaction of the eligibility requirements set forth above, consisting of:

One (1) round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV (the “Destination”), from a major commercial airport in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico nearest to winner’s primary residence as determined by Sponsor, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination;

Two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations in or near the Destination (one standard double occupancy room and room tax only), checking in on September 30, 2026 and checking out October 4, 2026; and Premium tickets for winner and one (1) guest to two of Metallica’s shows during the Metallica: Life Burns Faster at Sphere residency in Las Vegas, NV scheduled for October 1, 2026 and October 3, 2026 (the “Events).

Approximate Retail Value of the Prize*: $4,500.

Open only to individuals who meet ALL of the following qualifications: (i) is a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico; (ii) IS A CURRENT SUBSCRIBER WITH AN ACTIVE TRIAL, PAID, OR AD SUPPORTED SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AS OF TO MARCH 4, 2026; and (iii) is at least 21 years of age at time of entry.
