OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON, D.C. (EXCLUDING ALASKA, HAWAII, FLORIDA, LOUISIANA, NEW YORK, RHODE ISLAND, AND PUERTO RICO) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license issued by their state of residence at the time of entry.
