The Prize consists of the following:

Prize (1) – 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest [who is at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher than 18] to Hawaii (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value: $4,995.00.

4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to Hawaii includes (i) round-trip economy air transportation for two (2) persons between major commercial airport within the Eligibility Area nearest the winner’s home and Honolulu, Hawaii with connecting service to Hilo, Hawaii (flight will not be direct) - the winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; (ii) accommodations at a private residence in Pahoa for three (3) nights; (iii) rental car for travel between Hilo airport, private residence in Pahoa and experiences (as defined below) for duration of stay (subject to terms and conditions of rental car company, including winner or guest having a valid driver’s license and major credit card as well as being the minimum age for car rental; if winner or guest does not qualify for car rental, Prize will include instead either ground transportation or a stipend for same in an amount to be determined by Prize Partner in its sole discretion); (iv) stargazing tour/astro photography experience at Mauna Kea volcano (including professional astronomer, astro photographer guide and warm clothing, with winner receiving professional photos of stargazing tour/astro photography experience); and (v) ATV experience at Umauma Falls in Hakalua.

Open only to legal U.S. residents residing in one of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Rhode Island and the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”), who are at least (a) 18 years of age or (b) the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher than 18, at the time of entry.

MAIL ENTRY - NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: An eligible person may enter the Sweepstakes by mail by printing their First and Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Date of Birth, Phone Number and Email Address (if any) on a 3”x5” card and mailing to PROJECT STARGAZE SWEEPSTAKES NPN ENTRY, P.O. Box 413, Tenafly, NJ 07670, to be postmarked by March 23, 2026 and received by March 30, 2026. If valid, 3”x5” card will result in receipt of one (1) entry. If more than one (1) valid 3”x5” card is submitted, only the first valid 3”x5” card will result in receipt of entry with all additional 3”x5” cards declared void; if 3” x 5” card entrant also entered via Film Ticket purchase, only one (1) entry will be deemed received with all other attempted entries declared void.
