Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize (the “Grand Prize”) is available to be won, consisting of a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Grand Prize includes:

Round-trip economy airfare for two (2) from a major international airport nearest to the winner’s residence to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil;

Seven (7) consecutive nights’ hotel accommodations for two (2) (one (1) standard room, double occupancy) at the JW Marriott Copacabana (or similar hotel, depending on availability); and

$2,100.00 (USD) in spending money for incidentals.

The ARV of the Grand Prize is $7,000.00 USD.

Grand Prize – Alternate Cash Prize Option: The verifiedGrand Prize winner may elect to receive a cash prize of $4,900.00 USD (the “Alternate Cash Prize”) in lieu of the Grand Prize. If selected, the Alternate Cash Prize will be awarded to the winner by check/cheque, electronic funds transfer, wire transfer, or other commercially reasonable payment method, as determined by the Sponsor, within approximately thirty (30) days following winner verification. The ARV of the Alternate Cash Prize is $4,900.00 USD.

Monthly Prizes: Three (3) monthly prizes (each a “Monthly Prize” and collectively, “Monthly Prizes”) are available to be won, each consisting of $1,000.00 (USD) in Visa gift cards.

The ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,000.00 USD. The total ARV of all Monthly Prizes is $3,000.00 USD.

The total ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $10,000.00 USD.
