(1) Winner: Prize includes One 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum AWD. MSRP is $45,000 USD. ARV of the Vehicle will be at least $45,000 USD. In
addition, total ARV includes a thirty percent tax assistance payment for a US winner only, regardless of the winner’s tax bracket, to be used by Prize winner to offset taxes, and other expenses incurred in connection with receipt of the prize, even if the tax assistance payment is insufficient to cover the winner’s tax liability. Total ARV of the Prize is $64,285.71 USD/$61,456.14 CAD.
