Winner will receive 1 denim item of their choice up to $128 in value, and up to $501 in tailoring services to use on the selected item. Customization session can include any tailoring of the item available in the Levi’s Tailor Shop. Customization session must be scheduled within 30 days of winner confirmation or this portion of the prize will be forfeit. If the winner does not reside within a reasonable distance of a Levi’s Tailor Shop location, the customization session will be conducted virtually and the finished product will be shipped to winner;

Tax Gross Up Payment: Sponsor will also provide winner a check for $3,913, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”).

The total ARV of all available prizes offered in the Sweepstakes is $13,043.
