The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age 18 or older) to one (1) of the destination cities (each a “Destination City”) and one (1) of the corresponding tour dates in the Destination City (each, a “Tour Date”), listed in “Attachment A” (SEE RULES). Destination City and Tour Date will be based on the Winner’s selection pursuant to this Section and Section 12 (SEE RULES).

Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people (the Winner and one (1) guest, age 18 or older) from a major commericial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) to a major commercial airport in the selected Destination City (as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator); (ii) two (2) night’s hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard double occupancy, and as deteremine in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) in the selected Destination City; and (iii) two (2) tickets to see Ed Sheeran’s Loop Tour Performance in the Destination City on the one (1) selected Tour Date (the “Prize”). The Prize is valued at $2,000.

Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal US resident of any one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states or the District of Columbia as of the date of entry to enter and/or win.
