(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package: 1) 2024 Ford F450 with an ARV of $80,000. The used vehicle has been driven approximately 52,000 miles; 2) 2022 Caterpillar 259 Skid Steer with an ARV of $39,000; 3) 2018 Caterpillar 303.5 Mini Excavator with an ARV of $31,000; 4) Load trail gooseneck trailer with an ARV of $11,000; and, 5) $20,000 cash award (to be awarded as a check). ARV of the prize package is $181,000.

Open to legal residents of the forty-seven United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Michigan) and the District of Columbia, as well as residents of Canada, who are eighteen years of age or older (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in provinces of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, and Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, and states of Alabama and Nebraska) and possess a valid driver license as of the date of entry.

For $1 spent (excluding s&h or tax) via approved credit card transaction, the Participant will receive one Sweepstakes entry.
There is a limit of 40,000 total entries per Participant, regardless of method of entry, during the Promotional Period.
