Print your name, address, phone number, email address associated with your Chick-fil-A One account and date of birth on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Chick-fil-A Golden Fan Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5013, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5018. Limit: 1 entry request per envelope. All mail-in requests must be sent by July 1, 2026 and received by July 9, 2026.
