Each Runner Up Prize winner will receive $200 to be issued in the form of a paper check. ARV of each Runner Up Prize: ?$200 each.?

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, other US territories and possessions, and where prohibited by law), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have filed an IRS tax return for the 2025 tax year during the Sweepstakes Period. To be eligible for entry in a weekly drawing, entrants must have electronically filed their federal tax return within the Sweepstakes Period and which was acknowledged by the IRS.

Weekly Entry Period Limit: Two (2) entries per person in an Entry Period in weekly periods 1-15, regardless of the method of entry.

Method #2 Mail-In Entry:?To enter without filing a tax return with Jackson Hewitt, an Eligible Entrant must mail in an entry, with their name (and their Spouse’s name if a joint return was filed), the date on which their Federal IRS tax return was filed, stated as “Federal Tax Return Filed on XX/XX/26” (THE ENTRY MUST STATE THE EXACT DATE OF THE FILED TAX RETURN for purposes of identifying eligibility for the applicable Entry Period), complete postal address, email address and phone number, in a #10, business envelope with proper postage to: “Jackson Hewitt Double Your Refund Sweepstakes”, PO Box 16470, Rochester, NY?14616. The entry must also include the Federal Return Filing Date on the envelope stated as:?“Federal Tax Return Filed on XX/XX/26”. Each envelope must be postmarked by the Thursday immediately following the date the Federal Tax Return was filed and must be received by the Mail-In Entry Received By Date indicated in the Entry Period chart below, to be eligible for that Entry Period drawing. A mail-in entry satisfying the above criteria shall be considered a “Mail-in Entry” and such person shall receive two (2) entries in the applicable Entry Period.
