The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest will receive one (1) trip for two (2) (the Winner and one (1) guest age 18 or older) to Nashville, TN to attend one (1) of the Audacy Totally Private shows listed in “Attachment A” of these official rules (each a “Totally Private Show”). Totally Private Show will be based on the Winner’s selection pursuant to this Section and Section 12 below. Trip includes:

(i) roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) people (the Winner and one (1) guest, age 18 or older) from a major commercial airport near Winner’s residence (as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator) to a major commercial airport in Nashville, TN;

(ii) two (2) night’s hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard double occupancy) at a hotel in the Nashville, TN area (as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Contest Administrator); and

(iii) two (2) tickets to see the selected Totally Private Show on it’s show date at the Hard Rock Cafe, 100 Broadway, Nashville TN (the “Prize”).

The Prize is valued at $4,000.

Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal US resident of any one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous states or the District of Columbia as of the date of entry to enter and/or win.
