(1) Prize consists of a five night trip for the prize winner and one guest to New York, NY to attend the New Year’s Rockin’ Eve event in Times Square on December 31, 2026. Prize also includes round-trip coach-class air transportation from a major gateway airport near the prize winner’s residence in the fifty states of the U.S. or D.C. or Canada to New York, NY (prize winner is responsible for transportation to/from the major gateway airport and air transportation may include one or more stops); standard accommodations for the winner and Guest (single room/double occupancy) at the Conrad New York Downtown; two passes to access Times Square with a VIP spot to watch the ball drop at midnight (prize does not include meet-and-greet with Ryan Seacrest); and US$2,000 spending cash (awarded in the form of a check). Prize winner must be available to travel on or about December 31, 2026 or the prize may be forfeited and another potential prize winner may be selected. Total ARV of the prize is US$7,000.00.

Open only to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are legal residents of one of the (50) states of the U.S. and D.C. and Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and Quebec), who are currently physically located and residing therein, and who are of the age of majority or older in the jurisdiction in which they reside as of December 31, 2025. Entrants must have either a valid Social Security Number, a valid U.S. Individual Taxpayer Identification Number and/or a valid Social Insurance Number.

Entrants will receive one Sweepstakes Entry into the Sweepstakes if they provide the correct Bonus Round Puzzle Solution. Limit one Sweepstakes Entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Watch the episode of the Show airing on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 for the solution to the Bonus Round Puzzle. Then, prospective Sweepstakes entrants are asked to go to the Show website and correctly input/submit the Bonus Round Puzzle Solution.
