One (1) Grand Prize:

o Eight (8) day trip for winner and one (1) guest to Rome and Florence Italy (approximate retail value (“ARV”) up to $20,000). Trip package includes:

One-way economy-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s residence in the United States to Rome, Italy;

One-way economy-class air transportation for two (2) from Rome, Italy to Florence, Italy;

One-way economy-class air transportation for two (2) from Florence, Italy to\ a major airport near winner’s residence;

Seven (7) nights 5-star hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy);

Pasta-making class and wine tasting; and

Ground transfers, private guided tours, city experiences, and select meals may be included, with any inclusions, timing, locations, providers, and menus determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and subject to availability and change.

o $10,000 awarded in the form of cash. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is up to $30,000. Actual prize value will vary based on itinerary and fare fluctuations.

Up to five (5) Live Stream Prizes (1 per Live Stream): Each Live Stream Prize will be one (1) piece of art created for the movie (ARV up to $100 / prize).

Total ARV of all Prizes is up to $30,500.00.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (the "Territory") who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence, are located in the Territory at the time of entry, and are not otherwise prohibited from entry as set forth herein.

You will receive one hundred twenty-five (125) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing for each Mail-in Entry received. Mail-in Entry requests must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by February 20, 2026.

Live Stream Mail-in Entries: To enter a Live Stream Prize Drawing and the Grand Prize Drawing by mail without making a purchase, during any Live Stream Period, handprint (in the following order) your full name, complete street address, daytime telephone number, email address, and birth date on a standard 4? x 6? postcard (with no outer envelope) and mail it to: Solo Mio Sweepstakes Live Stream, PO Box 2433, Saratoga, CA 95070 (a “Live Stream Mail-in”) to receive: i. One hundred twenty-five (125) entries in the applicable Live Stream Prize Drawing (each a “Live Stream Mail-in Entry”), and ii. One hundred twenty-five (125) Mail-in Entries into the Grand Prize Drawing. Live Stream Mail-in postcards must be postmarked on a calendar date that falls within a Live Stream Period and received within seven days after the end of that Live Stream Period.
