GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded to one (1) Winner. Winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV or New York, NY (Winner may choose either city) . The Grand Prize includes round trip coach class airfare for Winner and Guest to and from a U.S. major gateway airport near the Winner’s home and selected Grand Prize airport; hotel (“Hotel”) accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); breakfast daily; select ground transportation; and two (2) VIP Comedy Cellar tickets. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,800.

Open only to (i) legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (excluding residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories) (the “Eligibility Area”), (ii) who enter the Sweepstakes from within theEligibility Area, and (iii) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at time of Sweepstakes entry.
