Open to those individuals who: are legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec); are age 18 or older and the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence (19 and older in Alabama, British Columbia, Nebraska, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, and Yukon; 21 and older in Mississippi) at the time of entry.
