There are twenty-five (25) prizes (each a "Prize") available to be won.

Prize: Each Winner will receive a Jonas Brothers prize pack consisting of: one (1) signed copy of the vinyl disk of Greetings from Your Hometown (the A Very Jonas Christmas Movie Soundtrack); one (1) Jonas Brothers T-shirt, one (1) Jonas Brothers hat; one (1) Jonas Brothers mug; one (1) Jonas Brothers sweatshirt. ARV of each Prize: $200.

Open to entrants who, at the time of entry and throughout the Flash Sweepstakes Period and prize fulfillment period as set forth below, are: (a) natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; and (b) are eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).

Limit of one (1) entry per person per day during the Flash Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Method #2 – Free Alternate Method of Entry Form ("AMOE"): To participate in the Flash Sweepstakes at the same odds of winning without becoming a Disney+ subscriber, individuals who are eligible as set forth above may send a 3” x 5” card with their name, email address (REQUIRED), city and state of residence, and daytime phone number (REQUIRED) and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Disney+ Perks: Jonas Brothers Prize Pack Flash Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559 ("Mail-in Entry"). Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 1, 2025 and received by December 8, 2025 (subject to Prize availability, as discussed above), and must be postmarked from an address in the fifty (50) U.S. or District of Columbia in order to be eligible. All Mail-in entries must be hand-printed. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted. If Mail-In Entry is valid, Administrator will play for you. Limit one (1) Mail-In entry per outer mailing envelope.
