Step One: Register for the Sweepstakes online between 12:00:01 AM PT on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 and 11:59:59 PM PT on Sunday, November 30, 2025. During the Sweepstakes Registration Period, register for the Sweepstakes by visiting https://alle.com/botoxcosmeticday and follow the instructions to complete and submit the sweepstakes registration form. The phone number that you indicate in the Sweepstakes Registration must match the phone number that is tied to your Alle account.
Step Two: Clearly hand-print your name, complete address, email address associated with your Alle account, and phone number associated with your Alle account on a sheet of paper and mail that sheet of paper in an addressed envelope with proper postage to the following address to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes: The BOTOX Cosmetic Day Sweepstakes, PO Box 776, Social Circle, GA 30025. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately and must be postmarked on or after Wednesday, November 19, 2025 and on or before Friday, December 12, 2025 and received by Friday, December 19, 2025.
