Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry legally and physically reside in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions, and protectorates, and foreign based United States military installations), and are at least eighteen years of age or older.

Submit a written essay of 1500 characters or less responding to the following prompt: Tell us why you deserve to win the prize in this Contest, which is $5,000.00 (USD). Entrants must also submit a recent photo of the Contestant.
