Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded USD $25,000 presented in the form of a check. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $25,000.

Each of the Second Place Winners will be awarded USD $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of each of these prizes is $10,000.

The Third Place Winner will be awarded USD $5,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is $5,000.

The total value of all prizes being awarded in the Sweepstakes is USD $50,000.

Open only to persons who are (a) legal residents and physically reside within the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or Canada (excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law) and (b) eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in his/her state of residence) at the time of entry.
