Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 winner): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall receive a ski getaway for the winner and up to a maximum of five (5) guests (age 21 or older). The grand prize has a maximum retail value not to exceed $22,000, and shall include:

· Roundtrip coach class airfare for the winner and up to five (5) guests (age 21 or older) to Aspen, Colorado, as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability;

· Dates of flights and departure/arrival airports are solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability and black-out dates.

· If winner resides within 250-miles of the designated ski destination, Sponsor reserves the right to award one (1) $2,000 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.

· Three (3) nights in a standard hotel;

· Depending on final total number of guests, prize award includes a maximum of three (3) double-occupancy hotel rooms (two (2) people per room), subject to availability; and Sponsor reserves the right to modify the hotel/lodging type based on total number of confirmed travelers.

· Hotel location and dates of stay solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability.

· $1,000 for the winner and each confirmed guest toward ski/snowboard rentals and lift tickets awarded in the form of a gift card to the winner, up to a maximum amount of $6,000 (i.e.: if there are only three (3) confirmed guests accompanying the winner, a $4,000 gift card for the winner and three (3) guests will be awarded);

· One (1) $1,000 gift card from the Sponsor designated gift card provider toward incidentals;

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and D.C., who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government issued photo ID.
