There is one (1) prize available in the Sweepstakes. The prize is a trip for winner and winner’s three (3) guests to attend the Fox All American Christmas Tree Lighting (“Prize”) with travel to take place November 20, 2025 thru November 23, 2025. The Prize is comprised of a $500 Visa Gift Card, return economy airfare for winner and winner’s three guests to/from New York City, to/from the closest major airport to winner’s residence, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, three (3) nights hotel accommodation for winner and winner’s three guests (one room), as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The travel prize will be awarded as a travel voucher in the amount of $11,766.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize available in this Sweepstakes: $12,266.

Must, at the time of entry, meet all of the following requirements: (i) be a legal resident of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”); and (ii) be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in the entrant’s jurisdiction as of the date and time of participation.
