The prize package (the “Toronto Prize”) consists of the following components:

Round-trip airfare for the confirmed winner and one (1) guest to Toronto, Ontario, from the major international airport nearest the winner’s residence (maximum value: CAD $2,000).

Two (2) nights’ standard accommodation for two (2) persons (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a luxury hotel in Toronto, including daily breakfast (maximum value: CAD $1,500). Blackout dates apply.

One (1) dinner experience for two (2) persons at a MICHELIN-recognized restaurant in Toronto (maximum value: CAD $500).

Choice of experience: the winner may select either:

? two (2) tickets to a Toronto professional sports event (maximum value: CAD $350), or

? two (2) tickets to a Toronto theatre performance (maximum value: CAD $350).
Museum or gallery admission: two (2) admission tickets to either the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) or the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO).

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is CAD $4,350 (approximately USD $3,200).

Open to business events professionals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legal residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) or the United States.
