One (1) prize is available to be awarded. Prize consists of two (2) tickets to a 2025-26 season Miami HEAT regular-season away game (one not played at Kaseya Center) (the “Game”) and Miami HEAT merchandise (as selected by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The Game will be determined at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules and will be communicated to the potential winner at the time of notification (see Section 4). If Winner lives more than one hundred and fifty (150) miles from the address of the venue in which the Game will be played (the “Game Address”), then the following additional prizes will also be awarded to the Winner (collectively, the “Additional Prizes”): round-trip (main cabin) coach air transportation (from a major airport servicing American Airlines nearest Winner’s home to destination city) for Winner and Winner’s one (1) guest; standard, double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights; and two hundred ($200.00) spending money (awarded in the form of a check, payable to the winner). If the Additional Prizes are awarded, the travel dates will be communicated to the potential winner at the time of notification (see Section 4).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) if the winner lives within one hundred and fifty (150) miles of the Game Address or four thousand dollars ($4,000.00) if the Additional Prizes are awarded.

Open only to legal U.S. residents who (i) reside in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) are twenty-one (21) years of age or older; and (iii) are members of the American Airlines AAdvantage® Program at the time of entry.
