(1) Grand prize winner will receive an all-inclusive wellness getaway, consisting of a three day, two night trip for Winner and one guest to Tucson, AZ. Prize includes round trip coach class airfare tickets for Winner and Guest to and from a U.S. major gateway airport nearest the Winner’s home and Tucson International Airport; hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); and $500 in pre-paid gift cards for
incidentals. ARV of the Prize is $4,000.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and District of Columbia (NOT including residents of Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories), who are at least eighteen years of age or the age of majority in their state of primary residence (whichever is older) at time of Sweepstakes Entry.
