Offered in the 48 contiguous United States including D.C., excluding Alaska and Hawaii (“U.S.”) only to professional painters/painting contractors (defined below) who are legal U.S. residents physically residing in the U.S., 18 or older at time of entry. For purposes of this Promotion, a professional painter/painting contractor is an individual whose current and primary livelihood (at least 20 hours per week) is based on the performance of recognized day-to-day duties regularly engaged in by a painter (exterior or interior, commercial or residential, self-employed or employee).
