Grand Prize Award (maximum 3 prize awards): Each entrant designated as a grand prize award winner shall receive a trip for the winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to a Sponsor designated domestic U.S. destination with a maximum retail value not to exceed $2,900.00, and shall include:

· Round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the greater metropolitan area of the Sponsor designated destination, based upon the location of the Sponsor designated UFC match;

o Travel location, dates, times and airline based upon availability and will be solely determined by Sponsor;

o If winner resides within 250-miles of the greater metropolitan area as designated by Sponsor, then Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare;

· Two (2)-nights standard hotel accommodation (one (1) room, double occupancy) at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor (based upon availability);

o Arrival and departure dates as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, based upon availability and location of trip;

· Two (2) match tickets (for winner and one (1) guest age 21 or older) to a Sponsor-designated UFC event.

o Event location, date, ticket, seat type as solely specified by Sponsor, based upon availability.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) U.S. and D.C. (excluding AK and HI), who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid driver’s license or government issued photo ID.

Maximum of one entry per person during the Registration Period.
