(50) Second Prize: Each “Second Prize” is one (1) anti-fatigue mat. ARV of each Second Prize is $27.63. ARV of all Second Prizes is $1,381.50 USD.

Open to persons who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are (18) years of age, or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older at the time of entry.

There is no limit on the number Eligible Entries Entrants may submit during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method.
