Four (4) grand prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Miami, FL, USA, consisting of the following: (i) round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Miami, FL from the major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence within the 48 contiguous United States; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy); and (iii) $300 per diem (the "Grand Prize"). Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $1,250.

Total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of and physically located in the fifty United States and District of Columbia, who as of the time of entry are twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
