One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: The Big Game Fly Away Package (“Grand Prize”) comprising of a three (3) days/two (2) nights trip for winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the Big Game (the “Trip”) comprising solely of (i) round trip, coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) Guest between a major gateway airport near Winner’s home and San Jose, California (ii) 2 nights/3 days at a four-star hotel (One (1) standard room, double occupancy); (iii) Ground transportation to and from airport in San Jose and to and from the Big Game (iv) Two (2) Access Tickets to the professional football championship game (the “Big Game”) on February 8, 2026 (Exact seat location will be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion); (v) One dinner for two (2) at a top-rated restaurant in the Santa Clara, CA area on Saturday, February 7, 2026. Prior to the event, Winner will be provided with a list of restaurant options based on availability around the Big Game weekend and Administrator will coordinate with the Winner to select their preferred option. Administrator will handle all arrangements for the dinner reservation and payment and will also coordinate round-trip ground transportation between the Winner’s accommodations and the selected restaurant.; and (vi) one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) spending cash via Prepaid Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $43,800.00.

Sponsor will also provide the winner of the Grand Prize a single cash payment in the form of a check which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state or other liability associated with the Grand Prize ("Tax Gross-Up Payment"). The Tax Gross-Up Payment will be seven thousand three hundred and eighty dollars ($7,380.00).

Five (5) First Prizes (each a “First Prize”): Home Big Game Party Makeover, consisting of: (i) One (1) 85” 4K Smart TV (ARV: $1,300); (ii) One (1) Premium Soundbar/Sound System (ARV: $650); (iii) One (1) Crate & Barrel Digital Gift Card (ARV: $1,500); (iv) One (1) Fanatics Digital Gift Card (ARV: $1,000); and (v) One (1) Digital Grocery Gift Card (ARV: $500). ARV of each First Prize: $4,950.

Ten (10) Second Prizes (each a “Second Prize”): Tailgating Prize Pack, consisting of: (i) One (1) Portable Grill (ARV: $500); (ii) One (1) Powered Cooler (ARV: $350); (iii) One (1) Bluetooth Speaker (ARV: $175); (iv) One (1) Corn Hole/Washer Toss Game (ARV: $150);(v) One (1) Fanatics Digital Gift Card (ARV: $750); (vi) One (1) Digital Grocery Gift Card (ARV: $500). ARV of each Second Prize: $2,425.

Third Prizes (250 total)(each a “Third Prize”): One hundred twenty-five (125) winners will each receive a $100 Fanatics Digital Gift Card (ARV: $100 each), and one hundred twenty-five (125) winners will each receive a $100 Uber Eats Digital Gift Card (ARV: $100 each).

The total ARV awarded during the Sweepstakes Period is $117,800.

To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes you must have been, as of August 31, 2025 a U.S. resident who is physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who is at least 18 years of age (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older or residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older) and a residential DIRECTV customer in good standing, as solely determined by DIRECTV.
