There will be one (1) prize awarded (“Prize”) to the Winner. Prize will consist of the following: a trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to Las Vegas, NV (“Trip”). Trip will include the following: (a) two (2) 3-day VIP level tickets to BravoCon 2025 for Winner and Guest scheduled to take place on November 14, 2025 through November 16, 2025 at the Caesar’s Forum located at 3911 S Koval, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (“Event”); (b) roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; (c) four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (as selected in Sponsors' sole discretion) for Winner and Guest in Las Vegas, NV; and (d) a three hundred dollar ($300) eGift card for ground transportation.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is seven thousand nine hundred dollars ($7,900).
