(5) PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Subject to verification, each of the five (5) confirmed prize winners in this Sweepstakes will receive a prize package consisting solely of: one (1) hat, one (1) sweatshirt (in size XS – XL), one (1) T-shirt (in size XS – XL), and one (1) notepad set with two (2) pencils.

ARV of five (5) prizes: hat ($69.50 USD), sweatshirt ($98.00 USD), T-shirt ($59.50 USD), and notepad with two pencils ($11.00), totaling $238.00 USD per prize package; total ARV of all available prizes: $1,190.00 USD.

Open only to legal residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account in this Sweepstakes, regardless of how many comments you leave on the Sweepstakes Announcement or how many favorite things about New York City and/or top sizes you identify.

To earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants must take the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period using their personal Instagram account:

1. Like the post announcing the Sweepstakes published by Sponsor from its @jcrew Instagram account (the “Sweepstakes Announcement”);
2. Follow the @jcrew Instagram account, if you do not already; and
3. 3. Comment on the Sweepstakes Announcement, indicating in your comment what your favorite thing about New York City is and what your desired top size (XS – XL) is.

A comment identifying at least one (1) favorite thing about New York City and desired top size that is posted during the Sweepstakes Period by a user who has liked the Sweepstakes Announcement, followed the required account described above, and otherwise complied with these Official Rules will be referred to herein as an “Entry Post.”
