The Grand Prize will include 2-nights’ hotel accommodations of Sponsor’s choosing (one room/double occupancy; room/tax only), roundtrip coach airfare awarded in the form of two (2) Delta Air Lines vouchers, two (2) tickets, for winner and guest, to the UFC “323” on December 6, 2025, tour of the UFC Performance Institute, and a meet & greet with UFC personality (subject to availability and as solely determined by the Sponsor). Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4,000 each. Total ARV of Grand Prizes to be awarded: $8,000.

One (1) First Prize: a framed Dave's Hot Chicken logo canvas. ARV $1,000.

Twenty (20) Second Prizes: UFC Autographed merchandise (as solely determined by the Sponsor). Second Prize will not include a certificate of authenticity. ARV: $150 each. Total ARV of all Second Prizes to be awarded: $3,000.

Fifty (50) Third Prizes: Pay-Per-View Code redeemable to watch UFC Fight 323 on ESPN+ (“PPV Code”). ARV: $79.99 each. Total ARV of all Third Prizes to be awarded: $3,999.50.

One Hundred (100) Fourth Prizes: A $50 Dave’s Hot Chicken Gift Card. RV: $50 each. Total ARV of all Fourth Prizes to be awarded: $5,000.

Total ARV of all Sweepstakes Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion: $20,999.50.
