Twenty-two (22) individual sweepstakes prizes (one (1) individual sweepstakes prize for each of the thirteen (13) individual sweepstakes with the exception of the individual sweepstakes running the week of October 6, 2025 which will have ten (10) individual sweepstakes prizes). Each individual sweepstakes prize may include a gift card, merchandise, or trip as described during each respective Fan Day Fun Days Episode and/or on the Website. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each individual sweepstakes prize: $US200.00 - $US25,000.00.

One (1) Overall Prize: The overall prize consists of one (1) Wheel of Fortune sherpa (ARV: US$80); one (1) Wheel of Fortune gym bag (ARV: US$50); one (1) Wheel of Fortune t-shirt (ARV: US$20); one (1) Sheldon bobblehead (ARV: $US20); one (1) Wheel of Fortune hat (ARV: US$20); one (1) Wheel of Fortune sports bottle (ARV: US$10); one (1) Wheel of Fortune travel mug (ARV: US$10); one (1) Wheel of Fortune playing cards deck (ARV: US$5); one (1) Wheel of Fortune cooler (ARV: US$5); one (1) Wheel of Fortune pop socket (ARV: US$4); and one (1) Wheel of Fortune pen (ARV: US$2). ARV of the overall prize: US$226.00. Overall prize will only be awarded to one (1) of the individual sweepstakes prize winners.

Total ARV of all prizes: US$325,226.00.

Open only to U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents who are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) states of the U.S., or D.C. and Canadian citizens and permanent residents who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions, and Quebec), who are currently physically located and residing therein, and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of September 8, 2025.

Complete and thereafter submit the Fan Day Fun Days Word of the Day from the corresponding Fan Day Fun Days Episode (individually, “Sweepstakes Entry”; collectively, “Sweepstakes Entries”). Entrants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry into the Sweepstakes if they provide the correct Fan Day Fun Days Word of the Day from the Fan Day Fun Days Episode corresponding to that individual sweepstakes. Fan Day Fun Days Word of the Day must be correct for that designated Fan Day Fun Days Episode to be eligible for the corresponding individual sweepstakes, however, if a Sweepstakes Entry includes a simple misspelling and it can be reasonably determined in the Sponsor’s/Sweepstakes Administrator’s sole discretion that the misspelled word correlates to the correct Fan Day Fun Days Word of the Day, the Sweepstakes Entry will be valid. Sweepstakes Entries must be received during the entry period for that individual sweepstakes (that is, between 3:00:00 p.m. PT on a given day and 11:59:59 p.m. PT seven (7) days later). Sweepstakes Entries for the last individual sweepstakes must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on December 12, 2025 or seven (7) days after the last respective Fan Day Fun Days Episode airs, whichever comes first.

Each individual sweepstakes will be tied to one (1) episode of the Show (“Fan Day Fun Days Episode”) airing between Monday and Friday during the Sweepstakes Period. Because the weekday each Fan Day Fun Days Episode airs will vary, the actual day an individual sweepstakes airs will be announced on the Show website located at www.wheeloffortune.com (the “Website”) by the beginning of each respective week during the Sweepstakes Period. Each individual sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. PT on a day when a respective Fan Day Fun Days Episode is aired during the Sweepstakes Period and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT seven (7) days later; for example, if a Fan Day Fun Days Episode were to air on September 8th, the individual sweepstakes would begin on September 8, 2025 at 3:00:00 p.m. PT and end at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 15, 2025.
