The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM Central Time (“CT”) on September 6,
2025, and ends at 12:20 PM CT on September 6, 2025.

The prize awarded in this Sweepstakes will be either (A) (1) Bentley automobile (the “Bentley”) with an ARV of $400,000 or (B) a cash prize of $325,000 (the “Cash Prize”).

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and any and all unincorporated U.S. territories existing now or that come into existence hereafter, including but not limited to, Puerto
Rico, American Samoa, Guam, and the Virgin Islands (the “Void Jurisdictions”). The Sweepstakes shall be open to Entrants aged thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Individuals aged 13 to 17 are only eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes with
the consent of a parent or legal guardian, provided that the parent or legal guardian is a legal U.S. resident at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
