There will be one (1) grand prize awarded (“Grand Prize”) to the Grand Prize Winner and five (5) first prizes awarded (collectively, “First Prizes”, each a “First Prize”) to the First Prize Winners; one (1) First Prize will be awarded to each First Prize Winner. Grand Prize consists of the following: one (1) Toothless LEGO set, one (1) Toothless plush toy, one (1) Hiccup Funko Pop, one (1) Toothless Funko Pop, one (1) Astrid Funko Pop, one (1) tattoo sheet, one (1) hat, one (1) fidget spinner, one (1) beach tote bag, one (1) tumbler cup, one (1) picnic blanket, and one (1) kite. Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Hiccup Funko Pop, one (1) Toothless Funko Pop, one (1) Astrid Funko Pop, one (1) tattoo sheet, one (1) hat, one (1) fidget spinner, one (1) beach tote bag, one (1) tumbler cup, one (1) picnic blanket, and one (1) kite. Grand Prize and First Prizes may collectively be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Grand Prize is two hundred sixty-six dollars ($266); and ERV of each First Prize is one hundred twenty-four dollars ($124).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
