1 Grand Prize consists of the following: one (1) The Bad Guys 2 branded box, one (1) Movies Anywhere digital code, one (1) National Geographic power rocket, one (1) lockbox, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded door tag, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded keychain, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded water bottle, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded notebook, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded pencil case, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded Post-it note pack, five (5) Bad Guys 2 branded sticker sheet packs, and one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded watch.

5 First Prizes: Each First Prize will consist of the following: one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded water bottle, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded keychain, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded pencil case, five (5) Bad Guys 2 branded sticker sheet packs, one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded watch, and one (1) Bad Guys 2 branded coin purse.

Grand Prize and First Prizes may collectively be referred to herein as “Prize” or “Prizes”.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is two hundred fifty dollars ($250), and ERV of First prize is one hundred fifty dollars ($150).

Total ERV of all Prizes is one thousand dollars ($1,000).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
